Dr. Styles obtained her Ph.D., in Professional Studies in Education Specialization grounded in Educational Psychology &  Adult Learning.   Certification in Technology Enabled Learning:  The diverse ways people learn and process information via human interaction/engagement with technology-enabled learning.

 

She obtained her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management. Bachelor of Science in Business Operations from DeVry University.

For the past 20 years, Dr. Styles has consulted within the private, public, and non-profit sectors providing HR Organizational Technology Solutions Consulting grounded in Educational Psychology, Learning, and Technology to organizations. Dr. Styles possesses the ability to understand how adults and organizations learn and interact with technology. Her strategy incorporates implementing technology (technology integration) to improve individual learning outcomes and support organizational productivity and sustainability (Agile Transformation). Creating an Agile Transformative environment addresses the diversity of learners from how they interact with technology and their engagement towards technological change. The aim is to reskill/upskill the workforce through training/professional development opportunities that utilize learning and training tools to help employees reset their goals and expectations, which is essential to take on added responsibilities or move into higher-level roles. Agile Transformation allows organizations to maximize their current workforce potential, enabling employees to take on new responsibilities or roles when needed.

She has also led clients through the various phases of Training & Change Management, and implementation of HCM, CRM, business process management, clinical software solutions, mobile administration software, and digital learning solutions: functional testing, documentation of system processes, instructional design, scheduling, communications, end-user training deployment, and post-go live support.
