Dr. Styles obtained her Ph.D., in Professional Studies in Education Specialization grounded in Educational Psychology and Research focusing on adult learning and human processes (metacognition) from Capella University. Certification in Technology Enabled Learning: The diverse ways people learn and process information via human interaction/engagement with technology.
She obtained her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management. Bachelor of Science in Business Operations from DeVry University.
For the past 20 years, Dr. Styles has consulted within the private, public, and non-profit sectors. As a human capital workforce development and a process-oriented change management practitioner, she has assisted with various structured methodologies, assessments, and approaches for client workforce transformation efforts. From a human capital perspective, Dr. Styles has spent extensive years focusing on human capital projects, such as workforce planning, employee engagement, organizational development, competency modeling and assessment, and employee development and coaching.
She has also led clients through the various phases of technology implementation and system integration of human capital management (HCM), human resource information systems (HRIS), Robotic Desktop Automation (RDA), customer relationship management (CRM) software, and digital learning solution technologies. She has worked closely with key stakeholders, subject matter experts, documenting business requirements, verifying & validating test cases for integration and systems testing, create test scenarios for user acceptance testing,
Supplement to IT integration Dr. Styles also provides Instructional design, end-user training, and post-go-live support within the technological/process-oriented change management procedures.
